• "Loadshedding".  During scheduled national power outages (loadshedding), Wild Forest Inn like many hotels, restaurants, shops and accommodation establishments has backup power installed to avoid uncomfortable power supply disruptions for our guests. This ensures that guests will still have working wall sockets, lights, a WiFi signal, satellite TV entertainment and a flow of (hot and cold) water during power outages.

• Roadside Anti-Corruption Initiative.  In ongoing efforts to curb roadside corruption, guests to the area are advised to copy the below card image to a cellphone or download, print the flyer for use when confronted with a suspicious / uncomfortable situation en-route.
